Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can make it right.
